Terms of Use.
In plain words: we send partner contractors to assess, estimate and do the work. They are independent, and they are responsible for it.

The short version. Chattanooga Service Group connects you with Licensed, Independent, Insured, Vetted Contractors. They assess your project, give you an estimate and do the work. Chattanooga Service Group is not responsible for damages or issues that arise from the contractors we send. The full terms are below.
01Who we are and what we do
Chattanooga Service Group (“Chattanooga Service Group,” “we,” “us”) is a network that connects homeowners and business owners in the Chattanooga area of Tennessee and Georgia with independent partner contractors. When you submit a request through this website or by phone, we send one of our partner contractors to assess your project, provide an estimate and, if you choose to proceed, perform the work.
By using this website, submitting a request or accepting a visit from a contractor we send, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit a request.
02How the service works
You submit a request once. One of our experts reviews it and contacts you. A single partner contractor then visits your property to assess the work and gives you an estimate. If you accept the estimate, the contractor performs the work under the agreement you make with them.
We are not a lead generation company and we do not sell leads. We never sell your information, and only one partner contractor will contact you about a request. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
03The contractors we send
The partner contractors we send are independent businesses. They are licensed, insured and vetted by us before we send them to you. They are not employees, agents, partners or representatives of Chattanooga Service Group, and they control their own crews, methods, schedules, pricing and workmanship.
You are welcome to ask any contractor for proof of license and insurance, for references and for written details about the work before you agree to anything.
04Estimates and agreements for work
Estimates, scopes of work, prices, schedules, payment terms, warranties and any other terms for the work are agreed directly between you and the contractor. Chattanooga Service Group is not a party to your agreement with the contractor.
Please read any estimate or contract carefully, ask questions and keep a written copy of everything you agree to. Changes to the work should be put in writing.
05No responsibility for the work or the contractors
Chattanooga Service Group is not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, delay, defect, dispute, quality of workmanship or other issue that arises from the work performed by, or the actions or omissions of, the licensed, independent, insured, vetted contractors that we send, or from your dealings with them.
Any claim relating to the work, including claims for property damage, personal injury or unsatisfactory work, is a matter between you and the contractor. You agree to look to the contractor, and to the contractor’s insurance where it applies, for resolution.
06No guarantees
We work hard to connect you with the right expert, but we do not guarantee that a contractor will be available at a specific time, that a particular price or timeline will be offered, that a project will be completed or that any particular outcome will be achieved.
Information on this website, including guides, tools and ballpark planning aids, is general and is provided for convenience. It is not a quote, an estimate or professional advice for your specific property.
07Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information in your request, to be the owner of the property or to have the authority to request the work and to provide safe access for the contractor to assess and perform it.
You are responsible for any permits, homeowner association approvals or landlord consents that are required for your project, unless you and the contractor agree otherwise in writing.
08Your information
We are not a lead generation company and we do not sell leads. We never sell your information. We use what you send to connect you with one partner contractor and to follow up with you about your request. See our Privacy Policy for details.
09Using this website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading or abusive requests. The content, design and images on this website belong to Chattanooga Service Group or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
This website links to the sites of partner companies in the group. Those sites may have their own terms and policies, and you should read them.
10Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chattanooga Service Group and its owners, employees and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of this website, your request or any work performed by a contractor we send.
If any liability is found despite these terms, it will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
11Changes, governing law and contact
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The version on this page, with its date, is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
